I have been to this jewellery store many times in the past to get a battery replaced. Recently, I had an older watch that needed a battery. They replaced the battery on site, but the watch still didn’t work. There was something wrong with the mechanism itself.. I was told that it would take perhaps a couple of months before they could repair it as it may be difficult to find parts, and could be they may not be able to find the parts. It took a couple months but I have my watch back and as good as new!! Thank you so much fine touch jewellers!!

The man I dealt with was incredibly polite and accommodating—he resized my wedding ring on the spot without an appointment, while other jewelers within the mall quoted me 2–3 weeks. His professionalism and willingness to help without hesitation truly stood out. I’m so grateful for the quick and careful service!

Just got the battery in my watch replaced. Good service. My Wife and I have been going here for years. Good selection of watches and Clocks. Located near the old Sears in Eastgate Mall.
