Fit AF is an unparalleled modern pilates experience. I borderline considered gate keeping, but everyone deserves to know about this gem. As many reviews touch on, the workout is fantastic. It’s intense, but efficient. The design of their reformer is easier to use than most studios- the front high bars are curved to 45 degrees rather than 90, and I’ve found it’s a lot easier on my wrists. One thing I love is that they lock doors five minutes after class starts. With no one walking in and out, talking, on their phone etc, it helps keep me locked in and 100% focused the entire time. The most impressive part of Fit AF though is both the quality AND consistency of instructors. Unlike other studios where it can be hit or miss, I know that I can go into any class and experience the same level of professionalism and encouragement no matter the instructor. Their messaging is always positive and empowering. They also normalize modifications (and provide amplifications) so every skill level feels comfortable. Very highly recommend!

I'm sure this is a great studio based off how many reviews they have and the many efforts to remove any negative ones however, a few months ago I was late due to rain and traffic and the instructor publicly let me know in front of the class I couldn't come in which didn't feel great and didn't make me want to try again. Was my totally my fault just thought the delivery could have been different.

Nice workout here especially with friends. Me and my girls had a great time together and we all felt the workout the next more LOL. Since we are millennials it really catches up to us haha! But before we came we went out for some food and read some reviews, we read that if we didn't attend the class we would get charged! A few hours before my friend Laney almost didn't come, good thing she did though am I right? Her fur baby Bear was sick that morning but good thing he got better so she could come!

My favorite fitness studio I’ve ever joined!! These classes literally changed my life, I struggled for so long trying to come up with a workout routine that worked for me and I’m forever thankful I found Fit. I joined their two week unlimited to try it out (they do offer free first timer sessions!) and quickly went to their 12 class/month option but I loved the workout so much I was on their unlimited membership soon thereafter. I promise you will never leave a class with regret, the workout is challenging but extremely rewarding. I’ve come so far physically and mentally from taking these classes. It’s a great opportunity to forget about the rest of the world for 45 minutes and just focus on bettering yourself. And lastly, the instructors here are such amazing humans. They are so kind and considerate and truly want you to succeed. I’m sadly moving out of the state back to my hometown and FitAF will be one of the things I miss the most about Tampa. Truly a wonderful community I was blessed to be apart of! I will miss this place dearly. Thank you for everything, Fit!!!
