This studio is absolutely breathtakingly stunning! From the moment you walk in the ambiance is gorgeous and the staff are so warm. I got lucky enough to try my first class with Alyssa and she is by far the best Pilates instructor I have ever worked with! She taught me so much in my one class and was so uplifting, motivating and kind! This will be my new go-to!!

Rare Body Pilates is hands down one of the best Pilates studios in Tampa. The classes are challenging, energizing, and thoughtfully programmed, no matter your fitness level. Every instructor is knowledgeable, motivating, and truly invested in proper form and results. The hot mat Pilates classes are absolutely incredible; the heat takes the workout to the next level, helping with flexibility, strength, and an intense, rewarding sweat. You leave feeling stronger, leaner, and completely reset. The reformer Pilates classes are just as amazing, offering a perfect balance of resistance, control, and full-body toning. Each class feels intentional and effective, never repetitive. The studio itself is clean, modern, and welcoming, with an empowering atmosphere that makes you excited to come back. If you’re looking for Pilates in Tampa, whether it’s hot mat Pilates or reformer Pilates, Rare Body Pilates is truly unmatched. Highly recommend to anyone wanting real results, expert instruction, and an elevated fitness experience.

I just did Hot Mat at Rare Body Pilates with Lyss, and it was absolutely amazing! She worked muscles I didn’t even know I had. The studio is such a vibe, and the owner, Collette, is a total gem. Everyone was so warm and inviting. At the end of class, we were even given a cold towel with the most beautiful essential oil scent. Such a thoughtful touch. I’ll definitely be back! Couldn’t recommend this studio more!!
