I’ve been training at UST Training since January 2025 and have had a really great experience. I train with Jared, the owner, and he’s been awesome to work with. He’s very personable and does a great job making everyone feel comfortable and part of the community. The workouts are always challenging (in a good way) and he knows how to push you while still keeping things motivating. I’ve definitely noticed a big improvement in my strength and consistency since starting. Overall it’s just a really supportive place to train, and I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for solid coaching and a good environment.
