Mateo, the associate at the front, is so sweet, he’s always super friendly and willing to help. When i first wanted to get my membership he was willing to explain everything to the best of him ability. He has a great attitude when greeting people. I do wish that the section especially the women’s section were more neat. There is always equipment and weights lying around. However, the machines this location has are really nice. There is a good variety of them. The manager that took care of me was really rude, she didn’t want to explain anything more than once and had no patience. She didn’t treat me with basic respect and i didn’t even want to join bc of her.

I just wanted to say how much I love Fitness Connection in Irving. The gym is great, and the women’s section is my favorite it’s such a comfortable space to work out. Also, Mariela at the front desk is amazing. She is friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. She truly makes a difference.

Great gym with an awesome atmosphere and well-maintained equipment. What really makes this place stand out is the staff—Merialla, Aleajandro, and Lesli are absolutely amazing. They’re friendly, helpful, and always make you feel welcome. Their positive energy really motivates you to keep coming back.
