I learned a lot from this place. Mostly from people who trained here. Coach Sergio was more hands on than any other coach. I really liked my time there. The issue is after moving and having to cancel my membership. Today is sept 23 ,2025 and last time I went was June 3. Coach Hector has yet to stop charging my card. They have stolen $108.26 total. I never leave bad reviews but damn. I feel betrayed.

While most major gyms have turned into a fashion show and a content creators resort. This no-frills gym is exactly what I needed. Because of my schedule I can show up at anytime hassle free and almost always, I free like I have my own personal gym. The personal trainer session rates are very reasonable. The owners do a really good job of getting feedback from customers and do a very good job keeping the gym very clean. The clientele is very drama free; never have I witnessed any issues. Folks just come in and get the work done! If I had to provide any honest critique about this place, it would be more storage space/benches to put my gear and to sit down. Often times we use the sides of the boxing ring. Which at very very rare moments can be a little bit of an inconvenience when the gym is fairly packed. Overall, I will continue to patronize this gym as long as I want to eat sweets in Order to avoid my double chin.

I have been going to SWEAT since 2019! Its a one stop shop for all the fitness needs. Would definitely recommend for anyone to sharpen their boxing skills or just looking to get fit. The new facility is very well equipped and maintained. There are plenty of training programs and they use a phone application for signup which is helpful!!

I have never experienced a workout like this! Try to think HITT with a boxing twist. They are a 24 hour gym with everything you need to train and regularly host "bootcamp" style classes. They promote local fights and have hosted iconic fighters in the past. Great place to make friends and connections while getting a S.W.E.A.T. in! 😀

This gym has changed my life. The staff aren’t just there to help with workouts, they truly care and support you outside of the gym. Also, the workouts are fun and make me so excited about working hard to better my body and health. The owner creates an amazing environment!! Thank you guys
