King Kong Nation has a fantastic atmosphere and a great selection of gear. It is also great if you do not want to deal with a huge crowd of people, which for me is a huge plus and extremely convenient. A huge shoutout to Cecilia —easily the best personal trainer I’ve ever worked with. She is incredibly professional, pushes you just the right amount, holds you accountable and tailors every session to your specific goals, down to your meals. The owners Anna and Harold are also extremely knowledgeable, always willing to help and make you feel welcomed.

Excellent place to work out ! Ana and Harold are both extremely knowledgeable in fitness and are always willing to offer expert advice in your fitness journey. My trainer Cecilia is top tier ! I’ve been working with her since 2022 and she has guided me in everything from workouts, technique, form, meal guides and nutrition. Highly recommend Cecilia Davila as a PT along with the atmosphere of King Kong Fitness !

Great gym! Great people. Despite my sometimes best effort at self sabotage 😅. I definitely without a doubt feel like I will be in great shape one day due to their efforts. So don’t hesitate… check them out!

This gym is one of the best gyms I have been to. The people are so friendly and the environment is comfortable to train in. My trainer Ana Kelley is the best trainer and her assistant Cassandra is sweet, friendly and always has a smile on her face. Ana pushes you and encourages to do your best. Highly recommend this gym to everyone!

Best of the best!! I would never stop saying it’s the best place not just bc the place it’s because the environment is absolutely amazing! My trainer Ana is the best, she’s always open to hear any concerns I might have for my routines or my diet, shes the BEST!! If I want to stop during my routine….. she never let me do it bc she knows I can do it and yes I ended up doing it . 😁 happy with my results and improvement. ❤️
