Fitness SF is my local gym and the facility is always well taken care of. Machines are rarely broken or if they are, they’re fixed the next day or so. The staff are always so friendly, especially Ryan who works weekdays.

Taking personal Training with Leon for the last 3 months and she took the time to understand my goals and modified the workout accordingly. I'm deadlifting more than my body weight. Have been progressively increasing strength, while losing body fat. The gym is also well equipped and spacious.

Mid market is by far my favorite SF Fitness location. Besides being clean, well stocked, and not overly crowded, the staff is welcoming, friendly and vibes are good overall. I also love Faycal’s HIIT class! Faycal brings unmatched energy and positivity to class which really motivates me to do better. He works really hard to make sure everyone feels welcome and even learns people’s names. I recommend his class and the gym in general!
