I joined the 6 week challenge to get back into working out after a long hiatus and to lose weight. Zack and his team are not only motivational but also very encouraging and work hard to make sure you are achieving your goals and answer questions you may have. I love the friendly atmosphere and the small group workouts This is such an amazing group that I decided to stay on! Enjoying every minute of it.
