I brought my computer in for repair and it was kept there for almost three months. During that time I received nothing but excuses, empty promises and constant delays. There was no clear progress, no proper communication and no respect for my time as a customer. Every time I called or came in, I had to explain again who I was, which computer was mine and what was wrong with it — as if my device wasn’t even properly recorded in their system. In the end, I took my computer back and brought it to another repair shop. It turned out that the part I was told had to be replaced was not even the problem at all. Worst service I’ve ever experienced!!

A well deserved 5 stars for a genuine and honest man. Phone screen stopped reacting to touch so I was recommended by a local to check him out and he resolved the issue for me within 5 minutes (thankfully it was an easy fix). As a single mum of 3 who works 2 jobs and is barely keeping my head above water, you've no idea how appreciative I am of the route he chose to go down to help rather than just jumping straight to the expensive fix option like most would probably do. Again, thank you. I'll be recommending to friends, family and anyone else who needs help.

Jeremy is the ONLY choice for phone repairs on the Gold Coast. He has helped me and family members out multiple times on short notice, happy to do whatever it takes to help out in times of need, and charges incredibly low rates.
