Otto was great. Went in with a broken fan and they were able to order a part and get everything sorted really quick. Came out knowing a lot more about laptops that I never knew as well that’ll be helpful for me like how keyboard protectors can melt and stick to your keys, about battery life cycles and for newer computers it’s always better to keep it plugged in even when it’s on full charge, when to service this laptop, etc. 5/5 am gonna be going here every 12-18 months for a service.
