I have an iPhone 13 Pro and it was really difficult for me to find a repair store that had my screen in stock to get it replaced within that same day or relatively soon. I came and visited them on Saturday and even though it’s a busy holiday season they took care of me and replaced my phone screen within 20 minutes. The manager and the staff was very helpful and I sincerely appreciated everything they did to help me! I really recommend them! It’s right by Sephora too. You can park in target and walk right through & you’ll see them.

I came here for a new charging port for my phone. I was told I could come in any time after 3:00 on Friday to get the repair done. At 3:10, I arrived and was told, unapologetically, that I could try again after 5:00, and I "must have misunderstood." I went the next day to get the repair done and was told it would take about 35 minutes. When I returned, I was told my charging port was fixed, but they broke my screen, did not have a replacement part in stock, and it was a holiday weekend, so it would be a few days. They seemed rather amused about it, and I didn't find it funny at all. I chose to get refunded for what I had paid for the charging port and went elsewhere to get a new phone instead. My partner took apart my old phone and he said the screws on my screen were tightened so much they were stripped. That makes me think these guys don't know much about the delicate nature of technology assembly. Save yourself the headache and find somewhere else to get your phone fixed.
