The Computer Stop is hands down the best place for all your computer services in the entire Pittsburgh area. Ryan, the owner, is extremely friendly and kind. He immediately fixed my computer in less than a minute and at no charge as soon as I walked in. He provided some helpful information as well on how to self diagnose and troubleshoot PC repair issues going forward. Do not waste your time and money at Best Buy or Geek Squad, I tried three times to talk to someone and was never able to get an acknowledgment. Ryan and the Computer Stop are very experienced and true experts at all types of computer services. I would highly recommend Ryan for not only your home computer service needs but also your enterprise or business needs as well. With over three decades of experience he is undoubtedly capable to fulfill all your computer service requirements in an extremely timely and cost efficient manner.

Ryan is very knowledgeable and works fast. I came to him with a desktop that would boot but would not display anything on the monitor. I brought it in after hours of my own troubleshooting and parts swapping. He had it working and back in my hands the same day. He also explained the root cause and how he diagnosed the problem.
