Had to rebuild my gaming PC after moving states and did not wish to do it on my own as I had messed it up previously. Ryan was able to build my PC, test it and amplify its performance in less than 2 hours of dropping the parts. He is the kindest and most passionate computer person I have interacted with. Anything related to Computers tech in Pittsburgh/Dormont, he is your man. Look no further. 10/10 would recommend ✨

A good, knowledgeable shop at a reasonable price. Took in my laptop, which had been slowed to a crawl by the updates Microsoft pushed out in anticipation of the Windows 11 rollout. Computer Stop made it a fast runner again!

Ryan is TERRIFIC! He fixed my life aka laptop! I was having issues, many issues, and applying bandaids for temporary solutions. I finally threw in the towel and started shopping around for a professional to fix computer. Well, he knew immediately probably within 30 seconds what was wrong. He is truly remarkable and had the fastest turnaround time of any of the people/places I reached too, and reasonably priced too! Bonus!!!

Took my alienware laptop here about a year ago due to both GPU and CPU fans failing. Laptop was new as of 2 years prior and well taken care of. I talked with the erratic owner while he looked it up and down took the back cover off, he told me it was almost unfixable the fans aren't worth changing. You have to take the entire computer apart, would be like 5-600$ Said it would cost too much for what its worth.. doubting that considering its a 2500$ laptop, so i took to one other shop in mt Lebanon he gave me a similar sort of run around answer, as I started to believe them my friend told my thats incorrect 100% and they are just not doing it for some reason or trying to rob you. So, I went home founds fans for 50$ shipped very easily from reputable parts company. Now no exaggeration i hate electronics I've never taken apart a computer. More than the battery out of a phone. Yet I was able to in under an hour and a half take the computer apart and replace the fans with slight advise over the phone. Which a year later currently function perfectly. Very disappointing . Definitely can not recommend. Shady business.

Ryan is great, honest and very good at what he does. He had to diagnose my pc after me messing it up and getting no display out of it. Once we ordered a part for it he found out that the original part actually wasn’t bad and cancelled the order so i didn’t get charged. I appreciated that and everything that ryan did to get my pc back and running like normal and in the quickest way possible.
