Someone recommended me this place and when I got in I was skeptical because, it seemed small. I had to get my laptop fixed because the bottom had broken and they were able to replace the part. I somehow ended up having a conversation about other products with the guy who helped me because I was feeling unsure if it was the right place to do this. It turns out they are very knowledgeable about their products and others not in store. I was happy to leave my computer and everything turned out good. I say give this place a try because they have financing and when everything is digital nowadays, they don’t need to have a large store. They can help you find what you are looking for.

Excellent service! I brought in my 14-inch HP laptop on Saturday due to a cooling fan malfunction. A small plastic fragment had jammed the fan, but they removed it, got the fan running smoothly again, and now my laptop works like new! When I came to pick it up, they told me there was no charge. Wow! All I can say is thank you, Fixlaptop—you’re awesome!

I have been taking my electronics to Fix Laptop for over 10 years, and they have always provided me with high quality, cost effective services. In addition to repair services, I also find their parts and equipment to be high quality at great prices. We have already purchased two computers from them and they have been great. First off, let me say just how satisfied I am with the service here. Everyone was incredibly nice, polite and very informative. I was immediately helped by Charlie and I was able to get approved for their 90 day payment plan which allowed me to walk out with MacBook. They're very flexible with the payment plan and if you get approved they explain everything to you. This place may be small, but don't underestimate them they have A BUNCH of great products.

First time into new spot on S'Clara St. Vsited this place over the weekend & charger did not function for the laptop I took into the store. Charlie was helpful. I returned on Monday to get a refund so that I could buy an original Dell charger instead of going back& forth w/issues. Kevin was kind & really wanted to look for another charger but I didn't want to be having issues. I needed closure to complete tasks online. Thanks for all your help guys.
