They came out once and thought they had found the problem, but an icemaker doesn't prove it works until it makes ice ;) They had to come back when it didn't and found a silly user error, which they corrected and the ice started coming out. They didn't charge for the second visit. Quick and easy to schedule both times. Arrived on time, acted professionally and efficiently. Would definitely hire again, highly recommended!

I chose this company after seeing the great reviews, and my experience was the same. Dan was on time (actually came a bit early after asking me if that would be okay). He took the time to show me the issue. He came prepared with the parts and now my oven is working quite well. I would definitely recommend this business.

After calling around to a few places, I chose Fixwell to fix my Thermador refrigerator. Dan was extremely communicative and easy to work with throughout the process, always available to answer my questions and was flexible with scheduling. The technician Dmitry was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

I called FixWell on a Monday afternoon to repair a 8-yr. old Kenmore gas dryer that was making a squeaky and tapping noise. They responded quickly the next morning. The cost for replacing the rollers came to $300 which is reasonable for SF. Their service was friendly and prompt. I would call Fixwell again the next time I need an appliance repaired.

Second repairman I have had come out for the same problem. Didn't trust the first one who wanted to replace all sorts of stuff and charged outrageous prices for parts which I could get online inexpensively. Fixwell seemed more honest, fixed one problem (fairly expensive both parts and labor) but did not try to sell me stuff that I didn't need and suggested I try some relatively inexpensive fixes for a couple other problems before moving ahead with him doing something which might prove unnecessary.
