My friend Sid and I visited the Flannels store in Liverpool today as I was looking to purchase a gift for my mum from the Dior counter for Mother’s Day. We were warmly welcomed by Faye, who greeted us with a genuine smile and immediately made us feel comfortable. Faye truly went above and beyond to make the experience special. She beautifully gift-wrapped the present, and the presentation looks outstanding. She was also incredibly generous in providing a selection of testers for me to take home. What really stood out was the care and attention she gave to both of us. She kindly offered us the opportunity to try fragrances ourselves, allowing us each to choose one to spray. This experience was so enjoyable that it even inspired my friend to consider purchasing one of the new Dior perfumes. Faye was exceptionally friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout. Her warmth and enthusiasm made the entire Dior experience memorable for both of us. She is a true credit to the Flannels and Dior team. I would highly recommend seeking out Faye if you are looking for any Dior products, as her service is truly outstanding.

We came into the shop today to buy Miss Dior Essence and was served by Faye. She was absolutely amazing she went above and beyond with everything. She gift wrapped the package perfectly and you can really tell how passionate she is about Dior and the items she is selling. I have never experienced such amazing customer service in any shop. She also recommend a perfume which suited me perfectly and told me about the engraving that they are offering later in the week. I am definitely going to come back very soon. Thank you Faye for the amazing customer service, you are a credit to Dior and Flannels.

Ordered a £350 bag online just to received a damaged item. Returned it, reordered it just to receive an item with the same identical issue. When enquiring about it, it they blamed the original sender. Entirely disappointing experience.
