I'm a regular customer here and I've never had any problems with the previous staff. But it seems like there are a lot of new people lately, and they haven't been trained for customer service. They clearly had the items I needed, but when I asked them to check, they said no and told me to look elsewhere. For two consecutive days, I had the same problem with two different staff members. When I showed my displeasure, the young woman glared at me right in the sunglasses section. I returned a few minutes later wanting to get the item I had looked at earlier, and I told her I had seen it before and wanted it, but she wouldn't even open the cabinet I pointed out to her because I had only looked at it a few minutes before. She acted annoyed and condescending. Remember, you're just an employee. If you don't need customers and don't want to serve them, you can go home.

I've used their services many times, but this time I received the worst service ever. The security guard told me that if I didn't like the service, I didn't have to come back. Do you think you should have staff like that working in a service industry?

Another fantastic experience looked after for the 4th year on the run by the amazing Mary! Sort me out for all my girls needs and even nephew over Xmas and birthday presents! Welcomely organised by Conor around their work schedules, unrivalled customer service and friendly chat. See ya next year you two 🤞🙏🏻❤️

Visited the store today as my daughter wanted to buy some Skims underwear and lounge outfits. We were first served by a delightful young lady who couldn’t do enough for us and was picking out sizes and different options. From nowhere came another young lady and told the girl who was serving us to go to another area. She then went on to ask how many items we had in the changing room in a very condescending way. I told her and she said, you can’t try on the bras. I said the other shop assistant had given them to us and told us to try them on. She did no more than barge into the changing room where my daughter was half undressed and took the bras and started counting how many items we had. I did offer her my Rolex and Hermes bag as collateral!! She was the most unpleasant shop assistant, I have ever come across: especially in a high end store. I was astounded at her attitude. She absolutely needs customer service training. She really did spoilt it for Flannels as the first shop assistant was an absolute delight.

Very friendly and helpful customer services. You are made feel welcome in this place and customer assistants go above and beyond to help you finding the best deals available. Their perfume and make up section is amazing. Customer assistants in perfume section are knowledgeable and eager to assist you in search of perfumes of your choice suitable for your budget. All major brands are available under one roof but there is limited stock or designs in the shelves.
