I visited SIZE? @ Liverpool today to collect an order UGGs for my daughter . I was met by 'Alex' who was super polite ,personable and professional . He was very attentive and definitely intent on making my experience a good one ! He was the closest I have ever had to a personal shopper because he really did go above & beyond so I am hoping that the company recognises this and invests in looking after him ! Thank you 😊

Never have I ever seen such great customer service. Young man named Tom F. Really helped guide me to choosing the next pair of shoes that will be run into the ground. The rest of the staff were super nice too.

Was served yesterday ( 07/09/25 ) by Aliyah, I came in looking for shoes for my dads birthday, she was very helpful and loved having a little chat with her, she’s very welcoming and please pass this message onto her !!!
