came into store on 30/12/25 with my family so my sister could purchase something. in a by passing comment to my dad i said “how much do you think these are” instantly Nicholas came round the corner to offer me help. he went above and beyond to help me with anything i had to ask even looking to see if they had my size in the juniors as i mentioned i wanted the black shoe which isnt sold in adults. he was extremely helpful and most importantly a very kind individual. i can’t praise him enough. thankyou :)

Didn't let me exchange a t shirt for a different size for some weird reason anf was told to come back on the 29th of December to exchange. So as advised I returned on the 29th, but the size I needed had sold out. I returned the item and ordered online but I cant use my discount online. It cost me £10 more to buy online. Rip off. Pretty stupid they wouldn't let me exchange the day when they actually had the size I needed.

Have seen a few negative reviews about customer service but my experience was of excellent customer service. Bought a pair to reasonably expensive Merrell trainers a couple of weeks ago and was helped easily and professionally, no problem. At home I found they were a bit small when wearing a thicker pair of socks so decided to take them back for a bigger size. Got to the store and the guy on the till made no quibble about changing them, quickly checked stock, asking for them to be brought up, waited a few mins, tried the new size, perfect, new receipt and all done. No hassle, all swapped in minutes. So unlike others I seem to have had a very pleasant customer experience. Thank you.

Bought a t shirt for my son in here. Happy with the purchase. The problem are the staff. The girl who served me asked would I like a bag to which I said very clearly yes please. She folds the the shirt up, places the receipt on top and then walked away. When I asked for the bag she looked at me like a had nine heads and very much pissed off. Your mistake dear not mine.
