Run don’t walk to get your appointment with Alex !! Have had the best experience with my laser hair removal with Alex. Super attentive to my questions and communications every step of the way!! Couldn’t ask for a better experience!! Alex is also amazing with my diamond glow facial experience!! Like I said run to see Alex, she will leave you feeling your best!!

I’ve been seeing Alex at Flawless Med Spa for over a year, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. She makes every appointment feel comfortable and never rushed, and she actually listens to what you want and what your skin needs. I always leave feeling confident and taken care of. Alex is extremely knowledgeable and explains things in a way that makes sense without being overwhelming. My skin has improved so much since seeing her, and I trust her recommendations completely. She’s professional, kind, and clearly cares about her clients and their results. If you’re looking for an esthetician you can genuinely trust, I highly recommend Alex.

I recently found Flawless and decided to give it a shot. I was impressed that they have people responding questions via text message (which is convenient to me when I am at work and can't answer a phone call). The free consultation was great and I felt comfortable enough to go ahead and schedule the sessions. Elizabeth at the front desk quickly went through the paper work and scheduling. During the appointment Alex went through everything in details (from the consent form to explaining the steps of the treatment). She made me feel very comfortable. I just started going to Flawless, I felt very welcomed, and so far have only good things to talk about them. Oh! And the facility looks great too (and clean!)!! Beyond impressed with their professionalism and interactions with the clients!

I always have such a good experience at Flawless Med Spa. Everyone there is warm, friendly, and really knows what they’re doing. The whole place feels clean, calm, and welcoming, and I’ve been happy with every service I’ve had. Lauren at the front desk is so sweet and helpful and makes everything super easy from booking to check-in.

If you’re thinking about booking an appointment here - DO IT. I have been genuinely impressed with the staff here at Flawless. I have been to other med spas out of state and Flawless has blown all of them away. During my consultation, I really felt like Jason wanted what’s best for me - Not just selling me product and procedures. Thanks for making my first visit at a med spa in ABQ so special, professional and educational!! Telling all my friends to go here!!
