I would highly recommend Flex to anyone! They are very professional, they are always quick to get me in & I have my phone back within 45 minutes. I dropped my phone this evening & needed my screen replaced before the next morning for work. I called them @ 5:50 (they close @ 7) and they were able to get it fixed in n less t ur an 20 minutes. Definitely 10 out of 10. Keep up the good work guys! Oh did I mention how reasonable their fees are??!!!

7/10/2020 It is yet again amazing service and staff always honest and helpful. They helped me get a otter for my Motorola Z3. When all cellphone providers for Lubbock area refused to assist me. They are great well mannered people. 6/2020 they were able to replace this when all cell phone providers refused to allow me to purchase this particular item to protect my phone. Thanks for great customer service.🥰
