The Gadget Doctor was friendly and honest, which is a breathe of fresh air. I thought I had a battery problem on my tablet but it turns out that is was just the charging cord. Thank you for the honesty and checking it out right away and letting me know the true problem.

I was quoted 80$ for a screen repair on a iPhone 14 Pro Max . And when I came to pick it up 140$ was the total …. Very drastic price difference and very upsetting considering . Do not come here unless you have 80% more than what you intend on spending . Other than that good service and fast. Just disappointing to be misinformed . Updated review we have been contacted by the repair man and he offered me an amazing deal ! I can come in tomorrow. Remove the new screen and get a refund. 3 stars down to 1 Very unprofessional….

Can’t say much more than what’s already been said. Adam is knowledgeable, offers fast service and is a straight shooter about your phone; what repairs are needed and will give you the pros and cons of your options and current phones on the market. There’s a reason he has 5 star reviews. No need to go anywhere else.

Went in for a charging port malfunction on iPhone and was told it would be $120. When I came to pick it up I was told the fix was much easier than anticipated and would only be charged $45. Could have easily charged me $120 for it but it’s an honest business. Would recommend to anyone who needs devices fixed
