My laptop battery started to malfunction, and an x began to pop up in the battery display. I walked into uBreakiFix + was welcomed by Christian with professional, care, and the highest level of expertise! He was thorough in listening to my problem, and then relayed to me what he was going to try to see if he could fix the problem, free of charge. He restarted my laptop, and got the battery to come back on. He then came back out, and walked me through the process, but then also checked for the battery status in general. He detailed everything from the kind of battery I needed, to how much it cost, to how long my laptop should last in general, and then the insurance plan that could also help in cases such as these. He was so helpful, honest, and kind in every way in taking care of my problem + laptop. He was not only highly accomplished in his field, but a detailed, thorough, top-tier expert in all things pertaining to electronics. So thankful for his help + this store/company, and truly couldn’t recommend them more!! 1000000/10!!
Had our charger port partially break off into our iPad while unplugging. Took it in and they fixed it super fast. Friendly attentive staff. Definitely recommend.
You guys are fantastic. Even though I wasn't able to have my device repaired with yall, everyone was so courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. On my previous visit you guys were able to repair my husband's phone. If we ever have a device issue we will certainly be contacting yall immediately. Spoke with Christian over the phone and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions quickly and even gave me recommendations on how to move forward with issues regarding my constantly overheating laptop. One of the best interactions I have had with repair shop customer service.
My phone wasn’t charging properly, so I brought it in, and the technician immediately diagnosed the issue — the charging port just needed a thorough cleaning. Not only did he clean it perfectly, but he also made my phone look brand new! There was a small service charge, but it was absolutely worth it. Unlike other places that didn’t clean the port correctly, these guys truly know what they’re doing. Excellent service and professionalism — I’ll definitely be coming back if I need any future repairs!
