What an overall positive experience! The programs are top notch as are the trainers. They really put the time in to working with you to meet your fitness goals. From the in-house workouts to the ancillary home workouts, the personal follow ups from both the staff and the owner himself, you really felt a genuine personal touch and like a product. I was looking for a challenge and variety in my workouts. This place offers that and much more! I look forward to the high intensity workouts and feel great afterwards. Forest and the staff are personable and motivating. They'll help you achieve whatever fitness goals you have and then push you further. Who knows, maybe I'll train for a Spartan race next year with them!
Forest & his wife and trainers are AWESOME! I was coerced into joining their 30 day rapid fat loss bootcamp program by my friend Carolyn, at the last minute, and SO glad I did! Yes, it can be brutal, Yes, I was on a strict 1200 calorie/day meal plan, but the results have been amazing! In 30 days, I dropped nearly 12lbs, but cheated a couple days and ended up -10lbs at the end of the 30 day challenge, and lost 2 inches in waist, nearly 3% body fat, and several inches in legs and chest as well. It's a fun but productive environment, everyone in the classes are good people, the music is good, and it's 3 blocks from where I live in Land Park! I highly recommend Forest's classes and camps, and you WILL see results, but it is up to YOU, he's there to provide the info and sends out some amazing emails and videos along with positive energy, to say the least! DO IT. (UPDATE: I have dropped 20+ lbs and BMI% down to 13.5% from 22.5%. I attend bootcamp 5x a week for 45mins each session. Amazing workouts!
