Would put zero if i could. Kids had fun but in terms of the facility its shocking. We have come serveral times over the years and each time gets worse. We have come here for the webbed trampolines as trampolinists ourself but they have now took them out and turned it into a childrens area with a height limit. You pay ALOT of money for half of it not to be open. They open each bit on a rotation so takes ages and if you havent paid for 2 hours then you aint getting on everything. Food is NEVER on and staff rude. This time i went to cafe at 3pm some people infront got hot food then a sign was put up saying no hot food was being served. The guy said it would be quatre past. I went in a 25 past and asked again where a staff member was quite rude but she was saying she does all the cleaning then does the cooking, how is that a suffcient way to run a packed trampoline park! You have to pay extra for socks which is standard however your only allowed there socks when it makes no difference. £2pp for go karts for about 2 mins if that. Lockers are ridiculous have to pay again and if you need a bigger one its ridiculous priced and gets more expensive the longer you need it for. Absolute money making scam and badly run. Needs more staff and completely new management. Wont be coming back would rather travel further to Jump Inc in liverpool! Forgot to mention wrap up because its absolutely freezing!
Was alright. Wasn’t the best trampoline place we’ve been to. The outside of it looks terrible. It just looks like the back entrance to somewhere. Definitely not welcoming. Once inside all was ok though. Found it really weird that during half term the whole place wasn’t open all at once, there felt like a staff shortage so one area would be open at a time for a short while and then the staff member would shut the barrier and move to another area and open that. The kids (12 years old) weren’t 100% impressed with that either. The only staff member I dealt with for any length of time was the lady in the cafe and she was very pleasant. The location in reference to public transport was brilliant as there’s a tram stop right next to it. Overall it was an ok trip. I don’t think we would go back to that one but the kids do want to try flip out at other locations after watching YouTube videos of what’s on offer.
had a great time at Flip Out Manchester! The place is packed with activities including trampolines, obstacle courses, and climbing walls that keep both kids and adults entertained for hours. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure everything felt safe and well organised. The facilities were clean, the atmosphere was energetic, and there was plenty of space so it never felt overcrowded. Perfect for birthdays, family days out, or just burning off some energy. Definitely coming back!
The trampoline park is a fantastic place for children to burn off energy, with a wide variety of activities that cater to all ages and interests. From dodgeball areas to foam pits, obstacle courses, and, of course, ample trampoline zones, the setup is definitely appealing for kids looking to have a fun time. My child had a great time jumping around, and it’s clear that the park is well-designed to keep children entertained and active. One highlight is the convenience of the upstairs café, which serves snacks and drinks and offers a good variety of options to suit both children and adults. The seating area near the café also allows parents to relax while still keeping an eye on their children through the large windows. This feature makes the trampoline park a good spot for parents who want to take a break while their kids play. However, I did notice some areas that could use improvement, specifically regarding the level of staff supervision and enforcement of safety rules. While there are employees around, there didn’t seem to be enough staff actively monitoring the different areas, especially during busier times. Additionally, the enforcement of safety rules felt lax. For instance, some children were jumping in zones clearly marked for specific age groups or activities, and it didn't seem like the staff were stepping in to correct this. Enhanced monitoring could prevent potential injuries and ensure that everyone can enjoy their experience in a safe environment. Overall, the trampoline park is a great place for kids to have fun and explore a variety of activities, but I would appreciate more active staff involvement to improve safety.
Fantastic location for the kids with lots of stuff to keep them entertained for hours. Lots of trampolines, slides and climbing to do. Our daughter had a fantastic time and for the price it’s well worth it, she didn’t want to leave. Was very busy when we went but if you check in online and sign the waiver online going through the reception was seamless and easy process. Good selection of food and drinks also with a separate quieter cafe if you want to get away from the main arena. Good location and easy to get to with lots of parking. Really good venue and we will be back
