I can’t say enough about Floof, they are absolutely amazing. I take my 4.5lb Yorkie “Boop” to see Nicole every month or so, she does an amazing job. We actually followed Nicole from her previous job to this one because of how well she does and how amazing she is with animals. We had a rescue Pitbull that just adored her which let me know how she was a good person. Don’t hesitate to trust your pet to them.
We’ve been seeing Nicole for years for our Yorkies and she always does such an amazing job. Her work is extremely consistent and she’s a joy to talk with before and after. She sends updates on how our dogs did and a final picture when we’re on the way to pick up. I’d recommend Floof and Nicole at Green Lake to anyone!
We’ve been taking our aussiedoodle to floof for over a year. We’ve used a few different groomers there, which have all been great, but now Mackenzie is our go to groomer. She is kind, listens to our requests, and consistently does excellent work. My dog is anxious, and she is gentle and patient with him and now he runs back through the door and doesn’t look back. Glad to have found a trusted groomer!
Love them! They always do such a good job with my Pomeranian! She has a LOT of fur, easily gets matted, and needs regular de-shedding, and they always deliver! Not only does she look amazing and feel so soft to touch after her groom, they always keep the experience light and fun and she actually enjoys going! They are very patient and work with your dog to figure out what they need to have a good, non-stressful groom. Will be coming back for every groom!
I am very happy with the grooming services my little PooChi mixed breed Emerson receives at Floof from Marie… our go to groomer for every appointment!! She is a 10+ dog groomer in every way!! She has this special way of making Emerson feel loved and happy throughout his whole grooming experience. When she walks out into the lobby to get Emerson he can’t wait to run & greet her. Other customers I’ve met at Floof share my admiration for Marie.
