The staff were cordial and patient in understanding my situation and giving information about what could be done with respect to my jacket sleeve extension request. The asking price was reasonable, given the complexity of the cotton-wool sleeves, and I was given a timeframe of approximately 2 weeks, which I understood given this was during the holiday season. If you're interested in a walk-in consultation regarding a garment alteration, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend giving Seattle Alterations & Repairs a try!

The owner here did good work, I had a pair of pants let out on short notice and on another visit had the elbows of a sweater repaired. Be warned communication can be difficult- do not expect voicemails to work or for reliable calls or text to update status. If you got a date estimate you can drop by in person to check if the work is done. Owner is friendly and personable.

Needed to get a bunch of pants hemmed and was dreading the cost. But wow, their hem prices are awesome - way cheaper than the last place I went to. Did a really nice job too, everything looks great. Quick and easy, definitely going back when I need more alterations done!
