I would not ever use this company again. They failed at every single level of professionalism. The work was not quality, the communication was non existent with several times they just didn't show up. If you don't believe me, that's fine, just make sure all communication is through email so you have documentation. Buyer be very aware
Really quick work for Flow. Jorge was able to get over within a few hours of my calls - he was friendly, prompt, and thorough. Walked me through all of my long term options and what he did the ameliorate the damage. Pricing was good and noted on their site. Worth every penny. Would recommend these folks to anyone who needs help.
I can’t recommend more highly the work of this company and team. From the initial contact and assessment to the completion of the job: clear and timely communication: easy to work with; exceptional care to be transparent and caring about the work done and how it would be managed/guaranteed; a crew that was highly efficient, photographed each step of the repair, easy to work with, and left the property as it was when they arrived. The admin aspects were handled just as well. The price was very reasonable. Again—.i highly recommend their services.
We just had our roof and gutters replaced by Flow Roofing this month, June2024. We highly, highly recommend Verrill & his team!!! Each step of the process was smooth and painless. Everyone we dealt with was on time, responsive and patient with my 100 questions. I was having a hard time with deciding on color selections…they were happy to send someone with samples. They left our property in great shape. Their crew worked hard over multiple days, this was not a quick 1 day roof job. We wanted a quality product with quality workmanship and we know thats what we got. We are so pleased in our decision to ‘Go withe the Flow’. We are in Washougal, WA. And, just yesterday Paulina the account manager hand delivered a thank you note along with a bottle of wine. Thanks Flow Roofing!
