I have been so impressed with KVN, from my first phone call to them, to my meeting with the estimator (Miya is awesome!), to completion of my roof today. Jesse, Brandon and team did a top-notch job on my roof installation. I really appreciated the photos, videos, and daily updates. The communication was clear and professional. Great experience with saleswoman Miya. She is a hard worker and has been responsive and tried to work within my timing and budget limitations. I have high hopes for the roofing job. Will update after completion! After completion: I really appreciated Jesse and Javier who made the job go smoothly. The workers were very nice and I could tell they were doing a careful job. Our project manager Jesse, Javier, and the entire roofing crew did an amazing job. Jesse's had video and photo updates every day explaing the progress and features of the new roof. Javier also had photo updates and continual communication as the project was underway. Everyone in the crew was extremely friendly and professional.
