Ibex was fast and efficient in replacing our roof. Even with some adverse weather days, they were able to complete the job within schedule with excellent quality. I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

IBEX Roof did a great job on my new roof. I would recommend them to anyone that wants quality roofing materials installed by a company that stands behind their work. The project manager, Jeff Eason made sure the project was completed as planned in a timely manner, and I really appreciate how committed he is to customer service. There was an issue noticed on the initial batch of shingles, and an entire new order was delivered the next day to minimize delay in the schedule. In addition to the new roof, gutters and a skylight were also replaced. It all looks great.

IBEX Roof did a phenomenal job of hearing our needs and fulfilling them. Our 20 year roof was beyond need of repair (no leaks yet but we were dreading the onslaught of rain this winter) and after some research, we settled on IBEX. They had the best customer service, a high quality product, a great warranty, and we appreciated that they knew what homes in the Pacific Northwest needed. The whole installation took 3 days and the cleanup process was phenomenal. Our property and the surrounding property looked just like it did before they started and the new roof looks amazing. I would recommend Ibex Roofing to anyone who asks me about replacing their roof. I was impressed with the entire process. Sam set the standard when we had our initial meeting. He took the time to explain their process and products. I knew nothing about roofs or products,so I needed to be educated and he took the time to do so. I had 4 different companies to compare products and services. Ibex offered the best bang for the buck. Sam was extremely personable and took an interest in me as a person, not just a customer. If that wasn't enough to make me comfortable, I next met Jeff. The project manager. He raised the bar as far as customer service went. He explained in more detail what was going to happen and why it would happen. I felt completely comfortable about the process after meeting with Jeff. His crew came out when he said that they would and went to work. They were courteous, professional and very efficient. They did an excellent job. They had to replace the entire roof on my garage. It was done quickly and looks magnificent. They kept the property clean and orderly. They were extremely thorough and ensured that no debris was left. I'm extremely satisfied with the work. My neighbors are constantly complimenting the roof. I would definitely recommend Ibex if you have need of roof repair or replacement. Definitely one of the best experiences that I have had with a contractor. Thank you Sam, Jeff, and the entire Ibex crew for giving me an excellent experience.

We had an outstanding experience with IBEX roofing. From start to finish, every person we interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They use a superior roofing product, and the quality of their workmanship was evident throughout the entire process. Both are warrantied for 20 years. A special shout out to Jeff. His communication was clear and timely, and he made sure we felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Clean up was spotless and the bill had no surprises. It's rare to find a company where everyone you deal with is top-notch, but IBEX truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!
