Beyond met expectations. Currently deployed and needed a flower delivery. They called saying they might not be able to deliver on time I specified cause of volume. They delivered earlier which I was totally happy with. The note I specified online was also handwritten by staff. Lovey touch. My girlfriend loved her flowers.

I was humbled to receive these flowers from my daughter & her boyfriend, for my virtual graduation. No one could be here with COVID. Absolutely gorgeous ❤️

Lily’s were completely missing and replaced with cheap flowers! I’m not entirely happy with Flowerbell. I called yesterday morning to order an arrangement for my mother in law who just lost her dog. I live in the Bay Area, which means I cannot get to see the flowers in person. I have order flowers from other shops which worked out but not as much this time. I could have order flowers online and have them shipped next day for half the price but wanted to always help small business. The two parts that made me feel hurt about my purchase was the owner didn’t know which items were on the front page of the website, and we had to go through each one to show him which arrangement I was interested in. Once that was completed. I was waiting in anticipation to see if they had been delivered. I called my mother in law to see if she got them, which she did, however THEY DIDN’T HAVE ANY LILYS! Unlike the pictures which had at least 3! Please look at the pictures, granted the lighting isn’t optimal.

Flower arrangement was beautiful. My daughter sent me a photo a week after she received it and it still looked great. She received many compliments from her work mates!
