I can’t say enough great things about FlyLife Fitness! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping you succeed—no matter your fitness level. I've taken a handful of instructors and they are all great (Kayla Sue, Keelana, John, Alyssa, Olivia to name a few). Each instructor brings something new/helpful to class, and I love the varying levels of intensity. Every class is challenging in the best way and leaves me feeling stronger and excited to come back. I spent years wrestling with my relationship with working out. The staff at FlyLife and Lagree has gotten me out of my slump and allowed consistent "me time" 3-4 times a week. The studio itself is always clean, well-organized, and has such a positive, empowering atmosphere. I've brought 5+ friends to try out FlyLife fitness, and every single one was pleasantly surprised. The most important thing I'd like to share is some praise for the owner. I have had to reach out to Amy on more than one occasion regarding my membership. She is quick to communicate, understanding, and accommodating. In the past, I injured myself and was in a brace for about a month or so. She was kind of enough to extend the "expiration date" of the classes I had already paid for and could not attend until I had healed. Overall, I cannot recommend this studio enough. Excellent small business owner and staff.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of months. In the beginning it was amazing. I felt like every time I came we were doing something new and felt good. However, recently it’s just been the same generic moves over and over. Some moves seem very uncomfortable and unnecessary. Upper body lacks heavily in these classes and when upper body is done, it’s repetitive and boring. Some instructors are good with modifications and others simply ignore the needs for modifications. These classes are not beginner friendly and the new “stretch” class isn’t really even stretching.

I love Flylife Fitness! Lagree Pilates has helped me become a more well-rounded athlete as I feel stronger as a runner and soccer player. Amy, John, and Kayla always have a class that makes me work hard, and they add variety each time!
