We had an amazing experience with Fon Jon Pet Care & Boarding and couldn’t be happier with the care our dog received. From the very beginning, the staff was professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about animals. You can tell they genuinely care, not just about doing a job, but about making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved. Communication was excellent throughout — we received updates and had peace of mind knowing our dog was in great hands. The facility was clean, well-organized, and set up perfectly for boarding and play. Our dog came home happy, calm, and well taken care of, which says everything. Absolutely love Fon Jon Pet Care. The team truly cares, and it shows in the way they pay attention to every little detail. I always get updates, which gives me so much peace of mind. And honestly, it feels less like dropping my pet off at a facility and more like leaving them with a trusted friend. The warmth, the kindness, the welcome, everything is just unmatched.
My dog has been going to Fon Jon since we rescued her as a puppy. Many years. When we pick her up she looks healthy, and happy. They take great care of her! While our dog is always happy to see us pick her up, we know she is also happy there and that gives us peace of mind when we are on vacation. This summer, we took a three week vacation and our dog did great! When we picked her up, she was clean and her nails were trimmed! Happy dog! When we drop my pooch off, she happily runs in with the staff. Fon Jon Petcare is The Best and I highly recommend!
Best customer service in town. The staff at Fon Jon clearly love the pets. We have taken our dog there many times and could not be any happier. The service is outstanding and when we show up with our dog, she runs right in. We also like that they have different kennels available, depending on the needs of your dog. The dogs get plenty of playtime and a huge area to run around and play. We like the location because they are on a road that is away from busy streets and neighborhoods We’ve also used their dog trainers and was very very happy with that as well. Our dog responds to both verbal and hand signals extremely well.
Fon Jon is the best! We were extremely nervous as first time puppy parents and every employee at Fon Jon helped ease our concerns. I have not met an employee there who was not kind and who didn’t seem excited to be there. Our puppy Willow absolutely loves Fon Jon and we love how tired she is when she gets home! This was our dog Willow on her very first day at daycare. I think it speaks for itself! Thank you to the amazing staff.
