The service was prompt, the issue diagnosed and fixed rapidly, and I was even given face to face advice after to help my rather poor computer skills. Plus they're open long hours, including Saturday. Very friendly, professional and well priced. Highly recommended

Took my HP Zbook work laptop in to get fixed (broken screen). Where other shops were quoting 2 to 3 weeks to ship the particular screen in -OTIYS had one in-stock at the warehouse and repaired it same day for a better price. Great customer service

I contacted them on Thursday afternoon to check my business laptop as a matter of urgency. They fixed it within 2 days working the whole Saturday morning and afternoon and they took very good care of me. Great professionals and with a good heart too. 5 stars is not enough!
