Might want to discuss with employees about treating everyone as a potential customer that is ready to purchase. I came in your store looking to buy some new HOKAS. Well employees walked right past me and asked other customers if they needed help but not one time did they ask me. Walked right past me. But if they would have bothered to look I had HOKAS on so that surely would have meant I was looking to make a purchase. My advice Never judge a book by its cover, every person that walks through your door is a potential paying customer.

HORRIBLE. young boy his name was zion horrible manners told him i needed something in a certain size and he bought me the wrong size 3 times. this was a absolute horrible experience i felt very mistreated and he made comments under his breath about my feet size being to big which made me feel very insecure no one should be treated this way. if i could give this place a zero i would. never again

I ordered online and received two different colour and size 2002R’s. This is my first ever footlocker order and honestly this has been a terrible experience. i’m super disappointed and this brings a terrible view onto the company. I ordered this for a birthday soon and now I won’t be able to receive the product on time due to the refund taking up to 27 DAYS. Seriously?!?!?! This is terrible from such a big company, i would like a refund or new pair of the correct colour 2002r’s and to be sent as soon as possible with first class delivery to hopefully make the birthday in a week. the shoe colour is an exclusive colourway so i hope it won’t sell out either. Customer service isn’t helpful either, only tell you to return via post. Well done footlocker for ruining someone’s birthday!
