great staff, stock & experience! very attentive & welcoming staff, went in today just to try on the salomons, but i ended up buying them because of the incredible customer service! the young lady working (i think her name was Aman, i don’t completely remember), was so helpful & gave her opinion where needed. 10/10 recommend!

The service here is always really lovely, but Zach went above and beyond. He was extremely attentive, actually followed up with me, and made sure my query was sorted. Fantastic experience!

Very poor service in here. Four members of team to two customers and only when they finished their conversation about what shade of pink a trainer is - did they approach me. I went up to a lady and said do you have this in 7 or 71/2 “no I have it in a 6”.Ok good to know 😂 next pair I ask a guy who was there “no we only go up to six in women but I have it in an 8 in men’s” Im confused why when I offered two size options are you telling me what you have,there was no offer of order in store delivered to your house, or click and collect to store. No offer of let me see what we do have - I picked the same trainer in different colour ways each time. If you are called size help me find my size don’t try palm me off. If you called size….offer in all size ranges. Be inclusive, be accessible. If you are called size honour mine. I’m not a Karen I want your customer service to improve back to above and behind -why…I myself manage a retail store and it is not easy sometimes - you do get difficult customers - however if you make me want to shop online instead (which you did) it will kill the need for shops and jobs will be lost. There will be no high street- it’s a quiet period , look after your conversion and do better. Off to asos!

AMAZING FRIENDLY STAFF! Couldn’t do more for you ! I recently had an exceptional experience at the shop opposite Apple in the Birmingham town centre, and I just had to share my thoughts! The store itself has a fantastic selection of items, but what truly made my visit outstanding was the help I received from Tom and the other members of the Size team. From the moment I walked in, Tom was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through the various options available. His patience and expertise made the shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. The other team members were equally friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel valued as a customer. It's rare to come across a team as dedicated and customer-focused as the Size staff. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond truly set this shop apart. I left feeling satisfied not only with my purchases but also with the exceptional service I received from everyone. I highly recommend visiting this shop and seeking out Tom and the rest of the Size team for any assistance you may need!
