Busy as sin but that's the Bullring for you. On that note there are so many staff and they are really really keen so no wait at all. Straight in to collect, staff member helped immediately, paid and out within minutes even though it was heaving!

Excellent service at this store by Zainab who went above and beyond in getting the right size of New Balance 327s when my usual size didn’t fit properly. Best birthday shopping experience for me and i’m definitely coming back.
