I started my sessions with the goal of reducing knee pain in preparation for a trek. Ethan carefully evaluated my knee condition and designed a set of exercises that suited both my short timeline and what I could comfortably do at home. He was excellent at making me feel comfortable throughout the process and consistently customized the exercises based on my progress.
