I work with Noelle for physical therapy. She's amazing!! And very personable. I got positive results quickly and she's given me lots of exercises to do at home to keep my body functioning and strong. I have been going to HIDEF for PT on my knees for a little over 2 months now and can say I’m truly seeing the results. All of the staff are super kind and helpful especially Noel & Lauren who have been beyond instrumental in my journey to be free from pain and improve my mobility / strength. I had my first session with Jess and felt such a big difference right away, my back felt so much better after just one visit. Since then, I’ve been coming regularly and working on different areas of my body, and Jess has been incredibly attentive and thorough. I also brought my husband because he was having back pain, and he’s had a great experience with Jess too. Definitely recommended! She took me on to rehab me following two surgeries. She knows what she is doing and resolved my chronic pain. She combines compassion and knowledge and is an excellent diagnostician. She walks you through your exercises and instinctively knows what to work on and how. It is hard to find the right physical therapist. Look no further.
Jessica and Andy are incredible at what they do and will keep recommending both of them to anyone I know. I initially came into HIDEF for a torn calf muscle from skiing. Jessica did my initial consult and we got right into exercises to strengthen my recovering calf. She was very attentive and made a great effort to get to know me and my goals during my healing journey. I really wanted to be able to go on a jog again. I progressed from limping into the office on the first day to being able to go on a 20 minute run in one go once I got discharged. I can't express my gratitude enough to Jessica. While Jessica was out of town, my chronic sciatica that I have been dealing with for over five years was flaring up aggressively. I was unable to walk properly without shooting pain down my left leg. I have been to two prior PT clinics with no sign of any relief. I was able to see Andy the next day and he put me on a mobility plan to regularly stretch my lower back. Within three weeks, the pain and discomfort, that I was regularly feeling the past 5 years, completely dissipated. Andy cured my 5 year chronic issue with sciatica in weeks! Overall, The state of my body in my 30s is leaps and bounds better than my 20s and I will definitely return if anything else comes up. Please book appointments with these two!
