I had a great experience seeing Daniel at Kaizen! I’d been having lingering knee pain for months that wouldn’t go away. I finally made an appointment, where Daniel assessed the issue, listened to my goals of wanting to resolve the injury and progress into regular strength training, and then helped me achieve both. Working with Daniel, I got to about 90% recovery in 1-2 months, and then he helped me see the slow progress as we patiently worked toward that last 10% recovery. I’m now fully recovered and lifting weights in a way that I’m much more confident won’t injure me again. Thank you for all of your help, Daniel! My only regret is that I waited about 4 months to call and make the appointment - I wish I had started much sooner.
I put off going to PT for an old sports injury for years and was only recently convinced to give Kaizen a try due to a personal recommendation. The process has been seamless from the start. They were able to schedule around my 9-5 with early appointments at 7am or later in the day after I got off work. I felt like they cared about my progress and truly enjoyed coming in for my appointments. The space is pleasant and comfortable, and the staff are fantastic!
