Update: Amazing instructors who show up and give 100%. Authentic and passionate. Thanks Amie, Nicholas, Nicole and anyone I left out. 💪🏾 My experience was fulfilling. The heat combined with the poses brought me into better ranges of motion. Will repeat

This studio is doing great work! The classes they offer to those who need healing (with awesome Yogis like Amie and Nick), and the provided safe spaces to practice are all necessary and appreciated. Thank you to Angela and Ryan for sustaining business model that is thriving in the Portland community. And thank you for celebrating humans!

I can’t say enough good things about this studio. From the moment you walk in, you can feel that it’s something special. The energy is welcoming, the space is clean and inviting, and the vibe is truly community-driven. Yes, classes are popular and often packed (which honestly says a lot!), but it’s very manageable to get in as long as you sign up when the schedule drops about a week in advance. It’s clear the community loves this place, and for good reason. The staff are incredibly friendly and encouraging, and Angela, the owner, is always so kind and responsive. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people who walk through the doors. That level of hospitality makes this studio feel completely different from a big corporate gym, it feels personal, intentional, and supportive. If you’re looking for a hot yoga or hot Pilates spot that combines an amazing workout with a strong sense of community, this is it. So grateful to have this studio in our neighborhood!
