I love this pilates studio! The owners are magnificent. Every time I attend a class I get a great workout. All of the instructors are remarkably experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated to helping me in every move. It's like having a private lesson every single time. What is most impressive is the quality of the workouts they continue to be exceptional and challenging. You cant beat ending your workouts with the view of Alamitos bay!!

Form and Movement is my third (and last) Pilates studio because it is downright perfect! There are not enough accolades I can bestow on it. First, it is immaculately clean, it looks out on Alamitos Bay, and every instructor is excellent. They are purposefully smaller than others with only 5 reformers which ensures the personal attention and quality that I've only previously received in private lessons! In addition to their scheduled in-studio classes, they also offer "virtual mat classes" which ensure that I won't miss a workout because I am travelling. If you've taken Pilates classes elsewhere, you owe it to yourself to give this exceptional studio a try. You'll instantly see, feel, and realize the difference!

As someone who frequents small studios, I was surprised I hadn’t heard of this gem before. Nothing but good things to say about the staff, they are extremely well trained, knowledgeable & motivating. The classes can be challenging & instructors are careful to make sure you are comfortable with the level of intensity. The owner is delightful & deeply invested in her studios growth. The many times I’ve had the opportunity to work with her she’s has been nothing but caring, encouraging & thoughtful. I can’t imagine how difficult it is to run a small business in these crazy times, but I appreciate her ability to consistently remain professional & diplomatic under all circumstances. That’s the sign of a true entrepreneur. Did I mentioned there’s a stunning view too? If you love a picturesque view of the bay while partaking in mindful movement, this is your spot.
