A pleasant and lovely yoga studio with helpful staff and great facilities. I enjoyed a number of lessons here and the instructors vary significantly in their style and intensity but all were good leaders of the sessions. The facilities are well maintained, clean, and they have tidy pleasant locker rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall I had a great experience here and would recommend it if you are looking for a yoga studio in the area.

Awesome class. It seems that in the green series, less is a lot more. My balance with this class from Alex keeps improving and today the postures and flow was a bit different, which makes it all the more productivity and engaging. Alex is the most awesome person around, no kidding!

I don't get to come here often because I live in the Bay Area, but I make a point of it whenever I visit family! The classes are fairly priced, the studio is beautiful/clean and the instructors are knowledgeable/fun. Also, there's plentiful parking in the lot so even if I'm running late I don't have to struggle for street parking. They gave me a mat to borrow because I didn't travel with one. The heated class was hot but didn't feel stuffy (the upstairs room is pretty spacious). The instructors I've taken classes from are well trained and have a good sense of progressions/modifications and demonstrating alternatives so that people aren't left behind. Overall, highly recommend.

I am a middle aged women who wants something that is challenging but not to where I can't walk or raise my arms the next days. I am really trying to build and strengthen my joints, feet, and hands. I practiced yoga for about a year like 5 years ago and am now just getting back into it. I go to both the Long Beach and the Huntington Beach locations. They are both very clean, staff is very nice at both. I have been trying different classes and different instructors to see what I like the most. The Red class seems to be fitting my personal needs, is most like a traditional yoga class from my limited experience. I also really like the Green class which focuses on standing poses and less on shoulders and arms. The restoration class isn't for me personally but the other people that attended seemed to really be stoked on it. I am looking forward to working up to Purple and trying the Purple fit. Really want to jump into that cold plunge and then try some red light therapy at the HB location. I love that they have class times that will accommodate almost any time I want, either right after work or a little later in the night. I don't know how many other people would be into this but a Sunday night like 6 or 7, would be cool to mentally prepare for my work week but I may be unique in wanting this. But if you had it, I would go. I think for what you get the price is extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!!

I have been practicing yoga at this studio for over a year and I love it. The studio has a 2 floors .The teachers are friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. They offer a variety of classes for different levels and styles of yoga, from beginner to advanced. I always feel challenged and refreshed after each class. The studio also has a great community vibe, with regular events, workshops, and socials. I highly recommend this studio to anyone who wants to improve their health and well-being through yoga 🧘♀️
