I simply love Ja Yoga and all of its instructors! Each instructor makes a point of insuring you are in a safe and comfortable place without judgment. They make a clear point that the practice is unique and special to each participant and you can go at your own pace for your individual needs. Practicing yoga here brings an energy guiding you towards mindfulness of breath, body, and movement. I highly recommend Ja Yoga to anyone looking to work on meditation, get into a routine of stretching, get into mobility after injuries, or dealing with the various stresses of life! Before I signed up for the new member first month offer of unlimited yoga in late December 2024, I spoke with Mic the owner about my injury concerns and possible limitations. He was thoughtful and offered me some yoga poses to ease those consistent pains. Now, because of Mic and all the instructors I have been able to dismiss the referral I received to get spinal injections for pain management and instead go to Ja Yoga! This place is 100% worth your time!
Perfect little golden nugget finding this place. Had Lesli for my first class, she was great! Had three more classes with Mc who is absolutely sensational I haven’t been in Yoga for over four years and this was a great welcome back to the practice. Thank you guys so much for letting me do my thing the way I like to do it. This is now my new yoga studio. Thank you Mc for gently introducing me back into the practice. I have been attending yoga classes at Ja for years. I've tried other yoga centers and this is still my favorite. The studio is peaceful, classes of all levels are offered, all the instructors are really good!! If you are looking for a friendly, inspiring yoga studio, this is your place. Shout out to Mic Ja (owner and instructor) and Asti (yoga instructor and sound healer) for their wonderful class experiences.
I have been doing yoga here for a while and enjoy how Mic Ja, the owner, teaches most of the classes. He finds a way to tell an entertaining story while leading us through poses. Sometimes I get caught up in the story I forget how long I've been holding a pose. The other yoga instructors have unique and fun styles and are very good at explaining the poses and you are able to mirror them. Highly recommend this yoga studio for new or experienced people.
