I’ve been coming to Formula Wellness for about three years and have always had a great experience. One of the main reasons I keep coming back is the trust and rapport I’ve built with Matthew, the medic who carries out the procedures—his calm, gentle approach makes a huge difference. Sandra at the front desk is always welcoming, and together they make every visit feel comfortable and familiar. I usually get the Myers’ Cocktail IV and appreciate being informed about other options without any pressure. I’ve recommended Formula Wellness to several friends because of how good I feel afterward, and I truly hope management continues to take great care of their staff, because the people are what keep me coming back.

so i was feeling like crap, i choose formula wellness and i feel AMANING again! the facility is very clean and comforting..matthew is very kind, caring, and quite gentle with the needle; no pain.. i highly recommend formula wellness for iv therapy

Wonderful visit to get the new patient package. Everything went smoothly. I am a big baby when it comes to doing blood work......let me just tell you Misty (hope name is correct)the nurse is absolutely amazing. I didn't feel a thing. She made the experience exceptional. This is a great place to get started on a healthier lifestyle. The new patient package is very extensive in a good way. Looking forward to getting all the results and coming up with a plan that will help with my overall health. I highly recommend.
