I am a small business owner and when I started out 13 years ago, I worked with one of the major accounting firms. I thought they were good, until the accounting costs keep increasing each year and found I was getting less and less attention to my business. I was introduced to Darryl Clark at Fort Group who I have been working with for the last 4 years, and I can only say that Darryl's first rate accounting knowledge , guidance and attention to detail along with his colleague Chantal Hazelhurst are amazing! They are totally interested in my business and have assisted me in all area's of it, including training and purchasing Quick Books on line, tax planning, responding to all queries pertaining to any aspect of my business in an expedient manner, including weekends! Fort Group from what I have seen thus far through Darryl and Chantal are a full service business. I feel I have acquired trusted partners in my business, of whom it is also a pleasure to work with. We have been dealing with Aaron Pauls and the Fort Group for a number of years now. We made the switch to this firm because our previous accounting firm did not provide the service we needed. Since the switch to Fort Group, we now get the service our company is looking for. We view the Fort Group as a key partner in our business, not just a supplier. One of the biggest challenges that Fort Group is facing is dealing with an influx of new clients, which is a testament to their work. Dealing with hockey stick growth is far from easy and given the circumstances they have done an exceptionally good job of navigating it.
