I am very disappointed with Olafson and Jones and how they have dealt with me. I've been using them for my taxes for the last few years but this year has been such a pain to get a response from Mark Jones. The conversation started out well and then we stopped getting responses. I've sent multiple emails with no response. It's sad that they don't seem to care about their recurring customers.

This is the second year my wife and I had our tax returns done by Olafson and Jones, and we couldn't be happier. Mark has provided excellent service for a fair fee. He and his staff are friendly and professional. My only regret is not going to see him earlier.
