Great hospital. Easy to get to, new, clean and nice facilities and very professional staff. We took our 18 year old cat in after she stopped eating for 3 days. I thought we were taking her in to say goodbye. She ended up staying overnight in the ICU for two nights being treated for an infection. She’s home now and I’m AMAZED at how well she’s recovered. Definitely going here if anything else pops up.

Thank you so much for all you did for Maverick tonight. You gave him the best care you were able to give him and he Loved ALL the attention you gave him. I also heard how y’all spoke to other fur parents and you treated them with such compassion and patience just as you did with me. Y’all are sweetest ladies. Thank you so so much..

Definitely recommend! (I’ve been here numerous times with different dogs & every time the staff is great.) We had a concern for our senior lab, “Merle” as he couldn’t hold food/ water down Thursday. Our vet after imagining transferred us to the ER. Stephanie at the front was so kind & understanding. She got us checked in quickly. Amy asked us questions about what was going on upon arrival & got us seen by Dr. Wortley pretty quick. Merle was at the ER for about a day & 1/2 getting fluids, tests ran & staff (both techs & the doctors) kept us in the loop every step of the way. Megan one of the (vet techs) was so sweet. All of the vet techs who gave us updates were amazing!!! I wish I could remember all of their names. We appreciated everyone. Dr. Wortley, Dr. Bierwiaczonek, Dr. Tobleman, Dr. Gallivan were on Merle’s case & all were amazing. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals that come in & want to help. Thank you all. Sincerely, Heather Frank

I highly recommend bringing your fur baby here in an emergency. My dog, Ryder, ate part of a toy and ended up needing surgery. Stephanie greeted me right away, and then I was greeted by Steph who walked me through everything line by line, clearly explaining the costs and patiently answering all of my questions. I was able to see Ryder that night before Dr. G, Steph, and Adriene — his surgical team — performed his surgery. I am forever grateful for the care they provided and for getting Ryder back to feeling good as new. Another thank-you to Hope for taking such wonderful care of Ryder during his stay, with plenty of walks and love. The entire staff is incredibly kind, compassionate, and truly treats your pet as if they were their own.

This place is a true life saver. I have unfortunately brought my cat here two separate times and the vet techs and doctors are so kind and efficient. They take the time to listen about your concerns and take wonderful care of your animal in crisis. Definitely recommend!
