Their employee decided to take our classic car on a joyride very late on April 18, 2023 and wrecked it. When the police got to the accident, he was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, firearms in the car as well as several bottles of alcohol. The city towed the car to the pound, and Fort Tire never reached out and told us until we reached out to them to pick up our car for my son to have for his senior prom that weekend. The shop took absolutely no responsibility!!! They would not speak to us, respond to us or help us. They denied using their insurance to repair our car and said the employee was not an employee just a temporary worker. We had to sue them and still we have gotten nothing, the car still sits damaged and not drivable. It's heartbreaking that business would do this to somebody and make them feel like they did something wrong!

Randomly blew a tire. I pulled over and used the Google machine. The closest shop had some very impressive reviews so I put the car in gear and drove less than a mile to get to Fort Worth Tire & Service. Ms. Kay met me outside and asked a mechanic to take a look within seconds of me pulling up. Within minutes the problem was solved! I am not exaggerating. Just long enough for me to get some cold water and chat with Mr Sam (aka The Legend). The whole ordeal was over before it started! My head is still swimming from the professional service and the bedside manner from the kind and knowledgeable owners. I am dually impressed by the awesome price point! Thank you so much!

I moved to Fort Worth 21 years ago, and a lot has changed. The list of things that haven’t is short—and getting shorter every year. A few things you can still count on: 1. People will always love Joe T’s. Why? That’s a conversation for another day. 2. Angelo’s is still the best BBQ in Fort Worth. Same great spot on White Settlement Road, and it’s been delivering forever. 3. Fort Worth Tire & Service remains the most honest, dependable business in town. Everyone at Fort Worth Tire & Service has an incredible attitude. Every single person there is helpful, professional, and willing to go above and beyond. They’re genuinely honest people who provide great service at fair—often surprisingly reasonable—prices. When’s the last time you left a car or tire repair shop thinking, “They probably could’ve charged me more”? Instead of that familiar “I just got ripped off” feeling you get at so many places, I always pull out of their parking lot feeling confident and taken care of. And that’s rare.

From the moment I pulled up until the time I left it was an awesome experience. The guy that changed my tire I think his name was Raul,l he was so nice to me and so helpful. There was also an older gentleman I think he may have been the owner, he was so nice and funny. He offered me coffee and donuts as well. One of the best experiences I've ever had when it came to changing tires. I definitely recommend.
