I just started with Forum Yoga and have fallen in love! Their instructors are awesome, especially telling because Ive been participating in the free community classes where the instructors pass their exams. Each instructor has been knowledgeable, professional and easy to follow along with. I have done yoga my entire life and have ebs and flows of consistency. Ive been in a rut the past few years and feel like this studio is allowing me to get mt groove back. The 'gentle heat' that they describe before your first visit is two heaters blasting in the studio, producing the most luxurious dry heat. Something about the wintery weather and the warmth of the studio makes my joints sing. I feel really great after each session. You must register for a class on the Forum app to let them know youre coming, sign a waiver, bring a towel and water -but other than that, come as you are. They are very welcoming and the studio is simple, efficient and clean. You may borrow a mat, blocks, and other equipment.
This studio just hits different. It’s clean, cozy, and has that grounded, no-nonsense ambiance that makes you want to breathe deeper the second you walk in. The owner is passionate and real — you can feel that she actually cares about the craft, not just the image. The classes are the real standout. They challenge you without the performative “look at me” energy you get in some studios. They’re built around mobility and body engagement. My practice has shifted in ways I didn’t expect, and my body feels stronger, smarter, and more capable. If you want yoga that’s honest, transformative, and a little edgy, this is the place.
Beautiful place, warm and welcoming people (both students and teacher) and a delicious practice every time you visit. The instructors take the time to carefully craft classes to increase your body awareness, expand your breath and still your mind. Each class I discover something new and keep appreciating the practice more and more.
Walking into this studio last year was the best decision I ever made. The studio aesthetic is inviting, calming, and clean. The classes are approachable and accessible for all levels of experience. Class times accommodate various work schedules with early AM, midday or evening classes. The teachers are knowledgeable, personable and have created a community for learning and growth regardless of your yoga background. Whether you’re looking for a sweat, improved mobility, expanded knowledge of the practice, or a community. You’ll find it at Forum. Thank you for being here :)

They embody their core values through and through and I am a huge fan of entities that practice what they preach.
