Go visit Jaime!! I booked an appointment to prepare for a running event coming up and got just what I needed. His touch was so oceanic, helping my muscles to relax. His hands are gentle and yet strong. Add the different skills he had in his tool belt for my most stubborn of areas and it was all pure bliss. He’s very knowledgeable, efficient, and effective! I had 60mins of all the right doses of TLC I needed!

I have been attending Debra Booker’s ‘Strength, Balance and Flexibility’ class for four years. It has increased my flexibility, mindfulness and groundedness. She teaches as we get into poses, but encourages us to listen to our body’s if something hurts or doesn’t feel right. We have fun together! I attended her ‘Yoga with Weights’ class this am and got a different but good work out from that, too. I would highly recommend LHAA to any one!🧘♂️❤️🧘♂️❤️🧘♂️❤️

I have been attending 1-2 classes here per week since January. The studio is clean and has all of the mats and props you would need, but you can also bring your own. The teachers are extremely knowledgeable about yoga and can help you modify poses to work around injuries. More classes have been added recently which I can't wait to try. Since I started practicing here, I have noticed reduced stress and improved my flexibility and posture.

I've been coming here for yoga for years. The instructors are great. They focus on alignment, and classes are always varied, interesting and inspiring. I feel stronger and healthier than when I started. I recommend it highly. The massages here are great too!
